Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primary molars are diagnosed as acute/chronic pulpitis or periapical periodontitis due to caries and pulp exposure and requiring root canal treatment. The children are 3-9 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pulp inflammation is limited to the crown which can be treated with pulpotomy; 2. Root resorption (physiological or pathological); 3. Apical inflammation involving permanent tooth germ; 4. Those with systemic diseases or allergic to therapeutic drugs; 5. Poor compliance and unable to cooperate with the treatment.
