18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years, male or female; 2. Strictly meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer" (2019 Edition) or HCC patients diagnosed by histopathology or cytology; 3. Liver cancer that cannot be surgically removed or treated with radiofrequency; 4. The diameter of a single tumor is = 3 months; 7. The investigator determines that the patient can receive PD-1 combined with TACE treatment; 8. The function of major organs is normal, that is, the following criteria are met: (1) Blood routine examination: ANC >= 1.5x10^9/L; HB >= 90 g/L; PLT >= 100x10^9/L; (2) Biochemical tests: TBIL<=1.5 ULN; ALT, AST<=5 ULN; serum creatinine sCr <= 1.5ULN.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Known history of allogeneic organ transplantation or allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 3. Patients judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for inclusion in this study.
