Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with knee arthritis undergoing knee arthroplasty; 2. Patients with traumatic thigh amputation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known metabolic or bone related diseases other than OA, such as renal dysfunction, thyroid or parathyroid diseases, malignant tumors, etc; 2. Other diseases that will affect bone structure and bone quality, such as rheumatoid arthritis; 3. Taking drugs that can affect bone metabolism, such as anti bone resorption drugs, calcitonin, thyroxine, parathyroid hormone and sex hormone replacement therapy; 4. History of femoral or tibial osteotomy.
