Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 4~6 years old; 2. There is no gender restriction; 3. Can normally enter kindergarten or primary school; 4. Willing to drink milk every day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Milk allergy, milk intolerance or people who are not used to drinking milk; 2. Those who have been diagnosed by the hospital with serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, brain, hematopoiesis, immunity, thyroid, and malignant tumors in the past 2 years, or who need to take medicine for more than 1 month; 3. Currently suffering from infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and hepatitis; 4. Take nutritional supplements such as active vitamin D3, calcium tablets or "nutrient packs"; 5. In the past 1 month, the average weekly frequency of drinking milk > 3 times (600ml); 6. Those with height growth value 8cm in the past year; 7. Do not sign the informed consent form, or other investigators deem it inappropriate for the participant.
