Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 35-75 years; 2. Han population; 3. Right-handed; 4. Previous carotid ultrasound, CTA or MRI imaging tests clearly showed that the carotid artery did not have any stenosis; or have not had the above tests; 5. Good cognitive function, no mental or psychological diseases; 6. Understand and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with carotid artery stenosis who have undergone carotid endarterectomy or carotid artery stenting; 2. Previous or current head MRI examination found that there were exact infarction foci, softening foci, deformity or white matter hyperintensity Fazekas grade 3 in the skull; (Small infarction lesions can be included: non-basal ganglia lesions in the cerebral hemisphere < 10 mm in length, basal ganglia lesions < 3 mm in length, brainstem lesions with a length diameter < 5 mm); 3. Past/combined cognitive-related neuropsychiatric disorders: ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy (cardiac arrest, carbon monoxide poisoning), epilepsy, hydrocephalus, intracranial infection or trauma, psychiatric and psychological diseases; 4.
