40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the KOA diagnostic criteria specified in the 2018 Osteoarthritis Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines, including retropatellar, medial or lateral KOA, etc., without traumatic etiology; 2. Age 40-70 years old, right-handed; 3. Not taking painkillers within the past 1 month; 4. Have not received massage therapy within 1 month; 5. Knee pain for at least 3 months; 6. The average VAS score in the past 2 weeks is greater than 3; 7. The Kyle Glenn scale indicates that there are grade I-II knee radiological changes; 8. The informed consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Alcoholism, drug addiction or taking other drugs; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Suffering from mental illness, neurological disease, gastrointestinal disease, cardiovascular disease, infectious disease, immunological disease, respiratory system disease or kidney disease; 4. Suffering from other chronic pain or a history of head trauma and loss of consciousness; 5. Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis or other leg-related pain conditions.
