Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients over 65 years old who are scheduled to undergo laparoscopic lobectomy, the expected one-lung ventilation time is greater than 1 hour; 2. ASA classification: I - III; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18-35 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Acute respiratory infection, asthma attack; 3. Preoperative hemoglobin <8g/L; 4. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases requiring active clinical intervention; 5. Those with a history of Parkinson's, schizophrenia, dementia and other brain diseases, and the preoperative MMSE score is less than 24 points; 6. Those with hearing or speech impairment who cannot communicate; 7. Those who are participating in other clinical intervention trials; 8. Reject the participant.
