Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. The ankle is confirmed to be normal after examination; 3. Age-related changes of important organs do not lead to abnormal functions; no major diseases; relevant high-risk factors are controlled within the range of compliance with their age; they have certain disease resistance; 4. Cognitive function is basically normal; able to adapt to the environment; optimistic and positive in doing things; self-satisfaction or good self-evaluation; 5. Normal activities of daily life; self-care or basic self-care; 6. Good nutritional status, moderate weight, and maintain a good lifestyle.
