Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the indications for IVF or ICSI; 2. The history of embryo transfer failures in the past >= 2 times, and the cumulative transfer of at least 4 transferable cleavage embryos or 2 transferable blastocysts; 3. Female age =1 blastocyst with morphological grade of 4BC/4CB and above on the 5th or 6th day (D5/6) after egg collection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People with low response to the number of oocytes retrieved 3cm; 4. Congenital uterine abnormalities (such as unicornuate uterus, septate uterus, or double uterus); 5. One or both spouses have abnormal karyotypes; 6. Repeated spontaneous abortion: 2 or more consecutive occurrences of fetal loss before 28 weeks of gestation, including consecutive biochemical pregnancy; 7. Untreated severe endocrine disease; 8. Severe male factor infertility: including severe oligospermia (sperm concentration < 5 x 10^6/ml), azoospermia, severe teratospermia (sperm deformity rate 100%), asthenozoospermia (forward motile sperm) rate 0%).
