Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with gestational hypertension requiring intraspinal analgesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to participate in the study, coagulation dysfunction, allergy to local anesthetics, previous lumbosacral surgery, gestational weeks 42 weeks, known fetal malformations, cervical dilatation >= 5cm, and increased risk of cesarean section (such as cesarean section History).
