Soybean oil group:Replace daily cooking oil with soybean oil, the daily cooking oil is controlled at about 30g, and fat provides 30% daily energy.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants are healthy and aged 18 to 63 years with a body mass index (BMI) (calculated as weight in kilograms divided by height in meters squared) of 16 to 40 kg/m2 were enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) reported history of CVD or severe diabetes or cancer; (2) allergy or intolerance to lard; (3) currently pregnant, or planning pregnancy; (4) particular nutritional habits such as vegetarianism; (5) participation in other research trials involving dietary or drug intervention in the past 3-months; (6) unable to comply with study protocol.
