Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients underwent brain biopsy and were pathologically confirmed as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (2016 WHO classification of lymphoid tumors), excluding other systemic involvement, and clinically diagnosed as PCNSL; 2. ECOG score 7.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to MTX. Use of drugs that affect the evaluation of MTX-related adverse reactions, such as aminoglycoside antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and vancomycin, before or during the study; 2. The patient has any history of renal disease or renal dysfunction (eGFR<60ml/min/1.73m2); the patient has a history of HIV infection; 3. The patient suffers from serious medical diseases.
