Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years or older; 2. Scheduled for elective Robot-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy under general anesthesia; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute or chronic respiratory disorders including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma, pulmonary hypertension, neuromuscular disease, preoperative pulse oximetry (SpO2)<95% on room air were excluded.
