Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women who gave birth to a single child through vaginal delivery or cesarean section had no serious health problems, no mental illness, no communication problems and were willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who cannot breastfeed due to medical problems or contraindications; Mothers with babies suffering from serious diseases; Babies who refuse to be breastfed; Very premature babies and babies with cleft palate or tongue deformity.
