Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification >= grade II; 2. Age >= 80 years old; 3. Hip fracture surgery (a hip fracture is defined as a fracture of the femoral neck, femoral head, intertrochanteric or subtrochanteric).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Intraoperative bleeding.
