Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients diagnosed with ischemic stroke (in line with the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke in the ''China Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018''), CT/MRI examinations should be performed to exclude cerebral hemorrhage; 2. Aged >= 18 years, gender is not limited; 3. The interval from onset to admission is less than or equal to 30 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neuroimaging examination (CT/MRI) confirmed acute intracranial hemorrhage, tumor, encephalitis or other non-vascular intracranial lesions; 2. Those with a history of glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy, pyloric obstruction, bleeding disorders, and those who may be allergic to anisodine; 3. Pregnant and lactating patients; 4. Patients with severe dysfunction of vital organs; 5. Critically ill with a life expectancy of less than three months.
