Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were diagnosed with lung nodules,scheduled for VATS with two trochal ports under general anesthesia were recruited for possible enrollment in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included age 80 years, ASA class > III, local anesthetics, chest or back surgery cause chronic pain, blood coagulation dysfunction, history of ipsilateral thoracotomy, daily use of opioid analgesics, mental disorders, the analgesic (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or opioids) allergies, scheduling cut open thoracic ribs or pleura resection.
