Group 2: No third molars or third molars extracted more than 6 months ago:splint+cortical osteolysis

Group 3: With third molar:splint+the third molar extraction

20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with missing molars, elongated opposing molars, stable occlusal relationship, no active periodontitis, and temporomandibular joint disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who cannot complete the test as prescribed.
