50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50-85 years; 2. Patients with primary Parkinson's disease; 3. MDS-UPDRS III resting tremor single score >=1 point, and at least one upper limb has resting tremor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have neurological comorbidities; 2. Psychogenic tremor; 3. Known allergy to levodopa-benserazide or mosapride; 4. Glaucoma, benign prostatic hyperplasia, urinary retention; 5. Cognitive impairment (MMSE < 24 or FAB < 12 points).
