Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women undergoing cesarean section under subarachnoid block at an elective schedule, singleton, and the gestation period is not less than 37 weeks; 2. Aged 18 to 40 years; 3. BMI 18.5-25; 4. ASA classification I or II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refuses to sign the consent form for any reason; 2. There are contraindications for nerve block and intraspinal block, such as abnormal coagulation function and blood system related diseases; 3. History of opioid abuse or tolerance and related drug allergy, recent use of antipsychotic drugs, alcohol abuse or drug abuse; 4. Patients with language communication impairment or hearing impairment; 5. Dangerous placenta previa, intrauterine distress, intrauterine infection, stillbirth, etc.; 6. Severe cardiopulmonary disease or severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 7. Patients who refuse to use intravenous analgesia pump before surgery.
