Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 28 days and <= 14 years; 2. Those who are in critical condition and admitted to PICU; 3. Informed consent of the participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those whose head and neck cannot move due to surgery or trauma; 2. The neck skin on the puncture side is damaged and the catheter cannot be punctured or fixed.
