Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 25-38 years; 2. Have a history of more than or equal to 2 spontaneous abortions before 13 weeks of pregnancy; 3. At least one miscarriage confirmed as embryonic aneuploidy; 4. No history of infertility and no definite infertility-related factors; 5. Regular menstrual cycle, 21-35 days; 6. Have not received assisted reproductive technology treatment in the past; 7. Understand the pros and cons of natural pregnancy and PGT-A; 8. Conditional and willing to carry out long-term follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. One of the spouses has a chromosomal abnormality; 2. Intrauterine adhesions or uterine malformations; 3. Untreated tuberculosis of the reproductive system; 4. Untreated tubal effusion; 5. Endometriosis or adenomyosis; 6. Known acute and chronic diseases cannot tolerate pregnancy or IVF-ET treatment; 7. Contraindications for the use of exogenous Gn or estrogen and progesterone 8. Clinical investigators who are participating in other drugs; 9. Other conditions deemed inappropriate by the investigator.
