Age
20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-term singleton, vaginal delivery; 2. Regular obstetric inspection and complete clinical information; 3. Not taking drugs that affect glucose metabolism during pregnancy; 4. Not taking antibiotics within 2 weeks before delivery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Gastrointestinal or reproductive tract infection occurred before childbirth; 2. Combined with serious medical and surgical diseases; 3. Birth defects of the fetus; 4. The neonates had used antibiotics before meconium was collected.
