4 Years to 16 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 4-16 years, monocular or binocular anisometropia or strabismus amblyopia; 2. Myopia <= -6.0D; hyperopia needs to exclude other eye diseases; 3. No other eye diseases except amblyopia, including nystagmus, glaucoma, opacity of refractive medium, optic disc and retinal diseases; 4. No other systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, neurological diseases, etc.; no history of premature infants or other medical conditions that may cause microvascular abnormalities; 5. Good fixation, able to cooperate to complete the inspection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, nervous system diseases, etc.; 2. There is a history of premature infants or other medical conditions that may cause microvascular abnormalities.
