Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects hospitalized in the Department of Gastroenterology of Xiangya Hospital, diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis), aged over 14 years, agreed to be enrolled and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are unable to cooperate with the completion of the examination.
