Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria and be confirmed by the use of computed tomography (CT) and/or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 2. The first cerebral infarction caused the dysfunction of the upper limb and wrist extension on one side of the hemiplegia. The course of the disease was 2 weeks to 6 months, and the condition was stable; 3. The Brunnstrom assessment of the hemiplegic hand is in grades I-II; 4. Aged 40-80 years, gender is not limited; 5. No obvious cognitive dysfunction, can cooperate to complete the treatment; 6. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating patients; 2. Those with severe heart and lung diseases; 3. Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials 3 months before enrollment; 4. Those with built-in implants such as cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, cardiac stents, and intrauterine devices; 5. In other cases, the researcher considers it inappropriate to refer to this study.
