Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women in labor requiring neuraxial analgesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refused to participate in the research, ASA grade > 2, coagulation dysfunction; 2. Allergic to local anesthetics, previous lumbosacral surgery, body mass index 35m/kg^2; 3. There are pregnancy-related complications (such as pregnancy-induced hypertension); 4. Gestational age 42 weeks, known fetal malformation, cervical dilation >= 5cm, and increased risk of cesarean delivery (eg, history of cesarean delivery).
