Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent. 2. Aged >= 18 years, gender is not limited. 3. The subjects of the questionnaire survey are patients who have used fentanyl drugs and have been treated in the pain clinic of the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, and the subjects of in-depth interviews are the pain therapists who have experienced fentanyl drug abuse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Currently have mental retardation, language impairment.
