Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of ulcerative colitis, confirmed by histopathology and colonoscopy; 2. Patients with healthy physical examination or re-examination after endoscopic resection of colonic polyps and without symptoms of constipation/diarrhea were selected as the control group; 3. Accept colonoscopy; 4. Preoperative liver and kidney function, blood routine and cardiopulmonary function tests were normal, and there were no contraindications for colonoscopy; 5. Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary and cerebrovascular diseases before surgery are contraindicated; 2. Serious infection; 3. History of mental illness that is not easy to control; 4. Colon tumors were found in endoscopy; 5. Gastrointestinal bleeding; 6. Combined with other intestinal diseases such as IBS.
