Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with hepatitis-related aplastic anemia, hepatitis-related aplastic anemia is aplastic anemia that occurs within 6 months after the onset of acute hepatitis; 2. Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within the past three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) clone with obvious clinical or biochemical evidence of hemolysis; 2. Unable to receive IST or HSCT treatment due to concurrent dysfunction of other systems or organs.
