Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The width of the base of the jaw is insufficient (On CBCT coronal view, the distance between the root furcations of the maxillary first molars is smaller than that of the mandibular first molars, and the intraoral examination shows unilateral or bilateral posterior crossbite), the anatomy of the abutment is basically complete, and the periodontal condition is good.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Failure to expand the maxillary arch (CBCT showed that the median palatal suture was not expanded), patients with cleft lip and palate, and patients with combined sputum.
