Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Completed medical history and physical examination; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for anal fistula; 3. Transsphincteric anal fistula where the fistula passes through the deep layer of the external sphincter; 4. Aged between 18 and 65 years, no gender limit; 5. Those who signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease and intestinal tuberculosis; 2. Patients with anal fistula due to specific infection or external injury; 3. Patients with rectal and anal cancer and perianal skin disease; 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases who cannot tolerate surgery or may increase the risk of surgery; 5. Patients with abnormal coagulation function or current anticoagulation therapy; patients with diabetes and poor blood sugar control; 6. Pregnant or lactating patients; 7. Intellectual disability or a history of mental illness, spinal cord or peripheral nervous system disease; 8. Those who have participated in other clinical trials 4 weeks before enrollment.
