Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of ulcerative colitis, confirmed by histopathology and colonoscopy; 2. Accept a complete colonoscopy; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious infection; 2. Combined with internal diseases such as liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Pregnant or lactating patients; 4. Malignant tumor; 5. Received colectomy.
