Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects are all infrequent exercise, no regular strength training, and normal physical fitness; 2. No bad habits such as alcoholism and excessive smoking, and the body is basically healthy; 3. There are no clinical signs of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, neurological or metabolic disorders, and no drugs are taken.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes; 2. Patients with severe cognitive impairment, mental illness or other neurodegenerative diseases (PD, stroke, frontotemporal lobar degeneration, vascular dementia, dementia with Lewy bodies, etc.); 3. Obesity, abnormal thyroid, bronchial, asthma, menopausal syndrome; 4. Long-term smoking, drinking and staying up late.
