Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 55 years and above; 2. Informed consent; 3. Have good understanding and communication skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Physically disabled and unable to complete the relevant functional assessment; 2. Cannot stand or perform body composition testing with pacemakers and stents, or use metal or electrical implants (eg, deep brain stimulators, ventriculoperitoneal shunts, aneurysm clips, pacemakers, cochlea, surgical staples on the scalp); 3. Have other acute or chronic diseases that will affect physical activity; 4. Those who have severe systemic diseases such as cardiopulmonary disease and cannot tolerate it; 5. Those with a family history of mental illness, depression or epilepsy.
