Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart failure who have been treated in the Department of Cardiology of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the China-Japan Friendship Hospital; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. Patients admitted for the first time due to heart failure and can complete follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction (transaminase increased more than 3 times or glomerular filtration rate <15ml/min*1.73m^2), severe hematopoietic system and endocrine system diseases, and data collection due to factors such as mental and language.
