Age
20 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed gynecological malignancy, concurrent pelvic lymph node dissection or radiotherapy; 2. The patient has swelling of the lower extremities and is in line with the lymphedema stage I-III; 3. Aged 20-70 years, able to cooperate to complete functional exercise; 4. The patient is willing to cooperate with the treatment follow-up and sign the informed consent; 5. No serious heart, liver and kidney function disorders; 6. No local ulceration of the affected limb.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe organ dysfunction such as hypoalbuminemia, nephrotic syndrome, left heart failure, etc., resulting in lower extremity edema; 2. Patients with extremity combined with cellulitis and lower extremity venous thrombosis; 3. Those who cannot tolerate cupping, acupuncture or fainting; 4. The patient's lower extremity skin infection and ulceration.
