Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The pathological diagnosis is esophageal squamous epithelial low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia. After 3 months of treatment, the pathological diagnosis of esophageal squamous epithelial low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia is still the biopsy of the original lesion; 2. Aged between 18-80 years; 3. The long diameter of the lesion is greater than 1cm or the peripheral or fusion lesion; 4. High-risk factors for esophageal cancer (previous or current cancer patients, family history of cancer, living in areas with high esophageal cancer incidence for more than 10 years, long-term smoking, drinking, and fond of pickled foods, etc.); 5. After the joint evaluation of thoracic surgery, oncology, pathology, and gastroenterology, the patients will benefit from treatment; 6. Voluntarily accept endoscopic radiofrequency ablation and follow-up observation or do not receive treatment but voluntarily accept regular follow-up; 7. Informed consent, volunteer to participate in this research, and be able to cooperate in completing the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to endoscopy or biopsy; 2. Pregnant women and lactating patients; 3. Suspect or have a history of alcohol or drug abuse; 4. Inconvenience of movement or mental disorder cannot cooperate; 5.
