Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of epilepsy based on clinical seizures and EEG results; 2. The type of epilepsy or epilepsy syndrome can be identified; 3. Take antiepileptic drugs to reach the lowest drug dose (such as sodium valproate, 20mg/kg); 4. Regularly take antiepileptic drugs, and maintain the lowest drug dose for more than 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contains a variety of seizure types; 2. Long-term use of other types of drugs (such as hormones, immunosuppressants, etc.) while taking antiepileptic drugs; 3. Those who are identified as developmental epileptic encephalopathy (DEE) (currently known DEE-related 96 genes and MECP2, etc.); 4. Identify metabolic epilepsy (GLUT1 gene defect), glycine encephalopathy, etc.; 5. Initial application of multiple antiepileptic drugs, but the efficacy of a single drug cannot be determined; 6. Poor compliance, unable to take medicine regularly.
