18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with malignant tumors by the Gynecological Reproductive Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University; 2. Aged < 75 years; 3. Plan to undergo radical tumor resection under elective general anesthesia, and the operation time is expected to be more than 2 hours; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of allergy to Wanwen or albumin before surgery; 2. Preoperative Hb<9g/dl; 3. Preoperative renal dysfunction, serum creatinine CREA greater than 176umol/l or UREA greater than 8.6umol//L; 4. Preoperative concomitant cardiac function impairment, BNP increased more than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal, or Tnt and TnI increased; 5. Preoperative coagulation disorder or bleeding tendency.
