Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age >= 28 weeks and 7 in 5 minutes; 3. Transferred to NICU for treatment within 12 hours after birth, and the results of head ultrasound or MRI were normal; 4. Complete clinical data in obstetrics and neonatology; 5. Right-handed, Chinese is the first language; 6. Good compliance after discharge, follow up, and complete the scale and MRI scan at the age of 10-18.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, pregnancy with heart disease, pregnancy with thyroid disease, pregnancy with blood system disease, multiple pregnancy, chorioamnionitis, premature rupture of membranes, fetal growth restriction, fetal distress and other diseases; 2. Long-term medication of pregnant women due to chronic diseases during pregnancy; 3. Have bad habits such as smoking, alcoholism, and drug addiction; 4. With mental illness; 5. Neonates with congenital malformations of important organs, genetic metabolic diseases, chromosomal abnormalities, neurological diseases, retinopathy of prematurity, congenital and acquired severe infections, hypoglycemia and other diseases, or use mechanical ventilation, blood transfusion and other treatments in the NICU; 6. Severe head trauma; 7. Diagnosis of serious diseases or disabilities of vital organs and limbs; 8. MR structural phase has abnormal brain structure.
