Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary glaucoma receiving ocular hypotensive drug treatment; 2. Patients with blue eye syndrome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The opacity of refractive media such as the lens and cornea affects the OCTA examination; 2. Patients with high myopia and retinal diseases; 3. Patients with optic neuropathy; 4. TAO patients; 5. Hypertension patients, uncontrolled blood pressure; 6. Diabetic patients.
