Experimental group:Skin lotion for radiating skin, 2 times/day
Control group:Vitamin E lotion for skin irradiation, 2 times/day

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma or breast cancer; 2. The total dose of skin irradiation >= 50Gy; 3. Aged 18-65 years; 4. ECOG physical status score: 0-2 points, KPS Karnofsky behavior status score> 70 points; 5. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have received radiation therapy on the head, neck and chest before; 2. Those who have received laser or cryotherapy on the neck skin; 3. Those with high allergies and those who are allergic to test drugs; 4. Patients with local skin lesions combined with fungal infection; 5. Suffering from other diseases at the same time, such as uncontrolled infection, uncontrolled diabetes, etc.; 6. Communication barriers and non-cooperation.
