21 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing thoracic surgery requiring single lung isolation; 2. Aged 20-70 years; 3. ASA grade I-III; 4. Arne score (clinical multifactor risk index for preoperative assessment of intubation difficulty) >= 11 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with limited use of left double-lumen tube and left bronchial occluder; 2. Patients with distortion and pathological changes in the tracheal lumen; 3. Prediction of mask ventilation difficulties; 4. Patients with hoarseness, sore throat and other symptoms before surgery.
