18 Years to 34 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 1.1 ng/ml ; 3. The first fresh IVF/ICSI cycle; and the antagonist regimen or down regulation protocol was used; 4. D3 has >= 4 high-quality cleavage embryos; 5. Endometrial thickness on HCG day >= 8 mm; 6. E2 level < 4000 pg/ml on HCG day.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chromosome abnormality; 2. Diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal gland and other rheumatic immune diseases; 3. Uterine lesions (hysteromyoma, endometriosis, endometrial polyps, intrauterine adhesion, intrauterine effusion, etc.); 4. Hydrosalpinx; 5. Repeated implant failure or recurrent abortion.
