Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 65 years, teeth loss >= 8; 2. ASA I- III; 3. BMI: 18-28 kg/m^2; 4. Mallampati grades I-III; 5. Patients voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with nasal obstruction; 2. Patients with serious heart and lung diseases; 3. Patients with hemoglobin below 90 g/L; 4. Patients with indwelling gastric tube; 5. Patients who are expected to have difficulty in intubation and cannot be conventionally induced.
