Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis were diagnosed by clinical evaluation, laboratory examination and imaging examination; 2. Aged 30 to 60 years; 3. The education period is 6-12 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of other neuropsychiatric diseases or psychotropic drug abuse; 2. According to the medical history and routine imaging examination, there is a medical history of brain parenchyma (brain tumor, stroke, brain trauma and brain metabolic diseases, etc.); 3. Previous history of alcoholism or alcoholic cirrhosis; 4. Suffering from diabetes, hypertension or other chronic metabolic diseases; 5. Unable to complete the scale evaluation of A(number connection test-A, NCT-A-a) and digital symbol test, DST) due to visual acuity, educational level and other reasons; 6. There are contraindications of MRI examination, such as metal implants in the body; 7. Excessive head movement during imaging examination (translation exceeds 1.0 mm or rotation exceeds 1.0 degree); 8. Previous drug-induced liver damage or alcoholic cirrhosis.
