Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients requiring living donor kidney transplantation (any cause).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of abdominal surgery, variation of iliac vessels, calcification of external iliac arteries: 2. The donor has multiple vessels and can not complete vascular reconstruction in vitro; 3. Due to poor basic conditions such as old age and impaired cardiopulmonary function, it is unable to tolerate long-term operation; 4. The patient refused robotic surgery; 5. The patient refused to participate in the experiment.
