Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic gynecological surgery; 2. Aged > 18 years; 3. ASA I-III; 4. No major organ dysfunction, blood routine, lung, liver, kidney function and heart function are basically normal; 5. Participate voluntarily and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has contraindications to epidural anesthesia; 2. The patient has a history of allergy to anesthetics; 3. Past history of motion sickness; 4. Severe cardiovascular disease (New York Heart Association NYHA III-IV) or severe arrhythmia; 5. Patients with unresectable malignant tumors or end-stage disease; 6. The patient needs opioid therapy due to chronic pain; 7. Patients cannot fully understand and follow the trial process; 8. Participated in other clinical trials within one month.
