Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 65 years; 2. Elective orthopedic surgery; 3. Clearly conscious, able to complete the frailty assessment and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cognitive impairment, mental abnormalities, visual impairment, hearing loss, language impairment and others who were unable to complete the frailty assessment.
